The second square WC button set — pairs with 3854 Q across the square-plate sliding-lock family. The 3857 Q is the square WC button set — the rectilinear counterpart to the round 3858. Matches the square 4128, 4053, and 4181 face plates so the bathroom-door hardware reads as a single geometric vocabulary.

Flush recess routed into the door leaf or, on the tape-mounted references (1697, 2187, 1666 family), adhesive-mounted. Lock and WC variants share the same recessed face plate as the passage version.
