Founded in 1981 in the Marche region of central Italy, Aster Cucine builds every door, frame, and cabinet to order in its Pesaro factory. Cabinetry is engineered for the long life of an heirloom — solid carcass construction, FSC-certified panels, soft-close drawers and hinges throughout, and a finish program developed alongside Italy's leading lacquer, laminate, and stone houses.
The thirteen collections are not thirteen catalogs. They are thirteen design vocabularies that share an underlying grammar — the same accessory program, the same drawer mechanics, the same configurable interior fittings — so a Quintessence island can sit in the same room as an Opera hutch without feeling like two different houses.
Thirteen design languages, one Italian atelier. Each Aster Cucine collection begins with a mood — Moderno, Transitional, Tradizionale — and builds outward into a complete vocabulary of finishes, profiles, and proportions. Choose the collection that speaks your home’s voice; mix within a collection, or across them, without ever breaking the design.

Every Moderno and Factory kitchen draws from the same material vocabulary — mix within a family or across them without breaking the composition. Pick a family to see what's in range. Screen swatches are approximations — the true surface needs to be touched in the showroom.
The laminate programme spans three price families: melamine textures (group 0), texture decors with wood, metal, and stone effects (group 1), and unicolor laminates with matching edge bands in stone, marble, and timber reads (group 3). Click any swatch to enlarge — screen reproduction is approximate.

Screen reproduction approximates the laminate face — the true surface texture, sheen, and edge-band relief only read in hand. Request physical samples or visit the San Jose showroom. Reference: Aster Inside Moderno & Factory PDF.
Five lacquer programmes across the Aster Moderno and Factory families — Vision matt/glossy and Ultramatt (base palette), Studio matt/glossy with its full colour library, and the metallised Supermatt and metal-effect lacquers used for accent pieces. Each code carries an opaco/lucido pair (e.g. S01 matt / S11 gloss).

Matt and glossy lacquers behave differently in kitchen light; matt reads as pure colour while glossy amplifies depth and reflection. Metallic and supermatt finishes shift with viewing angle. Request physical samples to see all sheens in hand. Reference: Aster Inside Moderno & Factory PDF.
Fenix® is a thin-layer, super-matt, fingerprint-resistant surface that self-heals minor scratches with heat. Used across Moderno, Contempora, Brera, and Pure Glam — available as 2-sided (price group 5, F-series matt code) or 1-sided (price group 4) panels. Each colour carries a 1-side / 2-side code pair (e.g. F21 1-side / F01 2-side).

Fenix reads as an almost painterly matt — the surface visibly absorbs light and feels soft to the touch. The thermal self-healing property is dramatic in person. Request physical samples to experience the finish.
Three families of stone-read surfaces: natural real-stone slabs (pietre), large-format Laminam gres porcelain with matt and glossy finishes, and the signature Oleomalta troweled-mortar surface used for monolithic fronts. Real stone has natural vein variability — each panel is photographed at full-slab scale so you can preview the pattern at life size.

Real stone has natural vein variability — full slabs need a showroom review before specification. Book a visit to see the current slab inventory, or view the Aster catalog.
Metal surfaces run the full range — satin, glossy, and hammered stainless steel; glossy, brushed, and antiqued copper; bronze variations including matt petrol bronze; and the five Officina aged-metal finishes used across Factory.

Metals develop patina over time; the Officina finishes are deliberately aged and will continue to evolve. Request physical samples to see surface behaviour in hand.
The wood library spans three Essenze price groups, plus Foglia metallised leaf and Factory solid woods. Standard essenze include oaks, walnuts, elms, eucalyptus, and thermo-treated species; exclusives add sycamore, ebony, rosewood Santos, teak, and olive. Each code carries an opaco/lucido pair (e.g. W55 matt / W45 gloss).

Wood is a natural material — grain, colour, and bookmatching vary tree to tree, especially for the exclusive veneers. View full Aster catalog for bookmatching examples, or request physical samples.
Interior fittings, drawer systems, pantry organisers, cutlery trays, and spice pulls — the Aster accessory catalogue is configured per project. Visit the showroom to plan the internals alongside the programme.
