Touch & Close is Touch with a privacy turn added — magnetic catch for the everyday close, manual deadbolt for when the door is occupied. The bath and powder room edition. The leaf closes with no audible click; when occupied, a discreet thumb-turn engages a real deadbolt with a coin-slot emergency release on the corridor side. The right body for a primary bathroom door that should be silent in passage but secure when in use.

Silent in passage, secure when occupied.

Magnetic catch

Same silent magnet as Touch — pulls the door to the frame with no spring noise. The everyday close is identical to the no-lock variant.

Privacy bolt

A discreet thumb-turn on the inside throws a real deadbolt into the strike. The bolt is mechanical and independent of the catch — locks even if the magnet weakens with age.

Emergency release

A coin-slot release on the corridor side disengages the bolt from outside in case of a child, an emergency, or a stuck turn. Required for residential bathroom code in most jurisdictions.

Where we specify it

Primary bathrooms, powder rooms, ensuite doors — anywhere the spring-click of a conventional WC lock would register. The quiet upgrade over Polaris WC.
