Eclipse 3.0 is AGB's concealed hinge for our standard CB doors — the version sized for the Minima frame profile and 1-3/4 inch leaves (the residential default). The hinge body recesses fully into the leaf and frame; the door reads as flush metal, no hinge knuckles, no exposed pin. Three-dimensional adjustment after installation lets the door be aligned without rehanging — vertical, lateral, and depth — by 3 mm in each axis.

Concealed and fully adjustable.

Concealed body

The hinge fully recesses into the leaf and the frame — no knuckle reads on either face when the door is closed. The leaf reads as flush metal.

3D adjustment

After installation, the door can be moved ±3 mm in three axes (vertical, lateral, depth) using three independent screws — no rehang, no shimming, no second visit.

Capacity

60 kg (132 lb) per pair on standard 1-3/4 inch leaves. We add a third hinge for leaves over 84 inches tall or with heavy mass — solid wood, glass insets, embedded LED.

Eclipse 3.0 is sized for the CB Minima frame and standard 44 mm (1-3/4") interior leaves. The values below cover the 60 kg pair-load configuration. Heavier leaves use a 3-hinge installation; oversize doors should use Eclipse 2.2 on the Massima frame.
